Weeding out 1-Posters or Drive-By Posters

This is not going to happen but I wish the forum weed out the DRIVE-BY posters, like 24 hr wait period between sign up and post, the folks (mostly kids) who go into the trouble of signing up, post their BRAIN DUMP, because they MUST express whatever is between their ears, incoherently, not really interested in follow-up solutions, and they are unlikely to come back and look at your ads or have the money to patronize your advertisers.
