Hello, I am really struggling with my computer right now, and I'm lost with how to fix it.

I took it to a shop to be repaired and have a new CPU and MOBO installed, and since getting it back it's blue screened like once a week or so. I started gathering mini dumps, which I've included above. I'd take it back to the shop, but they did some questionable things with my PC already and took 3 months to install a CPU and MOBO that I provided, so I don't really trust them anyway.

I feel like the issue started after I installed the Samsung Magician program soon after I got my PC back, but I might also be wrong. This issue could be entirely my fault, no clue.

Specs:
MOBO: MSI B550 GAMING PLUS
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super Hybrid
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800)
PSU: Corsair RMx Series (2021), RM850x, 850 Watt, GOLD
Drive 1: Random old 1TB HDD that I only use for storage
Drive 2: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Drive 3: Samsung 980 1TB
Internet: Connected via ethernet
OS: Windows 11 Home
Keyboard: Steelseries Apex 3
Mouse: Corsair Harpoon RGB Pro
Mic: HyperX Quadcast S

I think that is everything?

The blue screens are during heavy load, but my CPU and GPU are never running 100% when I blue screen and from the monitoring I have done there's no temperature spikes and/or etc.

Any ideas?

Since you changed the cpu and motherboard, did you change the memory too? If not I would use one stick of ram at a time and see if the blue screens continue. Have you run sfc /scannow? Since you have several drives, I would run ckdsk also. Is the Windows os a fresh install or a copy? Installation of fresh Nvidia drivers would be in order also without using/installing GeForce Experience.
Are you using Bluetooth, or the mic when the blue screens appear?
Forgot to add have you checked the msi support page to make sure your motherboard bios and drivers are up to date? https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-B550-GAMING-PLUS/support

theres plenty of 0xB8 (ATTEMPTED_SWITCH_FROM_DPC), but i doubt they can be analyzed from minidumps, full memory dump might be needed

btw one minidump (101023-7031-01.dmp) throwed Memory read error fffff780fffefe80 when tryin to check for DPC

I did not replace the RAM as it was fairly new (less than 6 months). I guess "repair" is a bad word for it, as there wasn't anything wrong with it prior, I was just putting a different MOBO and CPU in it because the CPU I had in it previously was a bit older - and I damaged the MOBO removing it.

Just ran sfc, it found damaged files and repaired them. Did run CHKDSK previously but just ran again, no problems reported.

I'll do a fresh Nvidia install and uninstall GeForce Experience.

The Windows install was fresh after I got the PC back, due to it having new components.

I do not use Bluetooth on the PC at all, but I am using the mic usually. I also occasionally get full freezes where I can tell the sound driver fails (I believe?) and the mic stops having my custom color, goes back to flashing rainbow, and I have to manually reset the entire PC because it stops working. I haven't successfully found a solution to this yet, either, despite reinstalling the sound drivers multiple times.

BIOS is up to date, excluding the most recent (October) update.

I'll set my PC up to make a Memory Dump, hopefully soon (tm) I'll have a better log.

Kind of sounding like it may be a RAM issue, which would be unfortunate. Fortunately, it is still under warranty at least.

I have a full dump file now... I have no clue how to read these. Any help is appreciated.

I apologize, I had to put this into a RAR file because I can't seem to get it to ZIP using Windows. It just opens a blank prompt and won't do anything.
