WEI Making my CPU pretty hot?

I was looking in speed fan and the temps were upwards of 40C? Also my Catalyst drivers won't install I get an error installing and then when I look at the log there is nothing that is wrong.

40C is fine for your Cpu, as for the video driver make sure you get the right version for the Os you are running by the look of the specs you should be running a 64 bit Windows os.
If you have problems installing the 7970 Ati driver right click on the exe file and run as admin.
