Wei Score of 7.5 with 8GB of DDR3 RAM ?

My pre built Dell desktop from 2011 had come with a total of 4 GB of Samsung DDR3 RAM in dual channel, and the built in Windows experience Tool would rate it 7.5 which is yet the maximum as compared to any other component. A few months back, i had to upgrade one of the Sticks with a 4GB DDR3 G.Skill Ripjaws X which made all 6 GB run in Single channel however i was able to play games like GTA V that were not playable before right after a minute or two the game play started. Though I expected to see an increase in the Wei but as i was in Single channel mode, i didn't bother. Recently i upgraded the other stick too with the same 4GB G.Skill RAM and now all 8GB run in Dual Channel mode but still the score is still 7.5? Why is that?

Here i'd like to mention that my motherboard which is Intel H61 only supports RAM Speeds upto 1333 MHz. So may be that's why it's stuck at 7.5, What if i upgrade to H81 for 1600 MHz?

Yes, i'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.

You should not take into consideration the WEI scores as they do not show a real case scenario. As far as I know, the memory score only checks the memory transactions (i.e. per second) in order to calculate a value. Having more ram shouldn't affect this value. Running in dual channel could bring a score performance (but as far as I know, you should be running asymmetrical dual channel mode).
Do not use WEI to check your PC stats and take upgrade decisions.

Both the RAM's i'm using are the same specs, except speed. One is 1600 MHz, another is 1333 MHz however because of the motherboard they are both running at the stock speed of 1333 MHz. I know WEI is not accurate but still..

Even if your motherboard supports, if you have different RAM speeds, they will run at the lowest speed of them.

I know. Both the RAMs must be exactly same specs to get the dual channel advantage, however in my case they should be working the exact same, as 1600 MHz is irrelevant for that board. Plus, the 1333 MHz G.Skill RAM i have does not support XMP like the 1600 MHz does. So, i'd be better off not making any changes to the current configuration.
