Weird ads popup

sometimes it appear on desktop too. it's annoying but i'm not capable of removing it. any help will be appreciated. thanks in advance

thank you for your answer. but how is it possible that a overheating GPU would override Internet Explorer and searched for a chinese link which i don't even know?

i know for a fact that something got into my PC but i can't figure it out

Scan for malware and virus. Try Malwarebytes (www.malwarebytes.org). The free version is good for most users. Remove everything it identifies.

It's fixed now. I disabled something unknown from the startup (hoping its nothing related to windows system) and opened the file location. Deleted the whole file, now I haven't seen any pop up ads anywhere on my pc. i can only hope it remains like this

Good job. Hope it stays "fixed" after Win 10 updates itself (if Windows related).
