Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

The first thing you should do, is power down the system, disconnect from the wall and display and inspect any and/or all cables and that they aren't brushing up against a fan blade. The second thing you can do, while the side panels are off, is to inspect for the source of the sound. You should roll up a sheet of A4 paper and then hold one end to your ear while the other is used to probe for the source of the sound.

As for your mysterious build, please list the specs to it like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:

Since yesterday my PC is making these rapid clicking noises. It starts on startup and constantly keeps going no matter what i do. It sounds like its coming from the PSU.

Here is a video of the sound:

I would really like some help with this as it is very annoying and i cant tell what the cause is.
I would think its a hard drive over psu, if you have a hdd unplug it and see if the noise continues, i had a seagate 2tb hdd making some crazy noises in my pc
