Question Weird fan behavior on my RX 580 ?

Hello,
So, I recently got this used card from a local shop a month ago.
It's been working fine inside my T5820 workstaion.... untill last week.
My PC starts to shutdown out of nowhere just when I'm gaming.
The problem is the GPU temp is hitting 90c and that's why the system is shutting down.

I started to notice the GPU and Analyze it's state and I did find something really WEIRD!

The fan acts like this:
100% GPU load ---->> 700rpm ---> 88c temp ---> !!??

The fan only reaches 1800rpm maximum when the load goes down and after a min or two it goes to idle (0rpm)
So, the fan under load is SLOW as hell (700rpm) and when load goes down, it's working normal (1800rpm)
Someone can explain to me what is this?!!!

Sounds to me like the sensor has gone wonky. Have you tried using Msi Afterburner https://www.msi.com/Landing/afterburner/graphics-cards , you can open the settings menu and click on fan tab, you can then activate fan curve control. See if you can manually set the fan curve, hopefully you can override the bad sensor by setting your own fan speeds.
