Question Weird Behavior when Installing Windows

My friend's PC can boot to bios and go to a Ventoy but when Windows 11 is selected, it goes back to Ventoy instead of going to Windows 11. I tested the bootable drive on my personal PC and it is working, so the iso is good. What can be the possible problems in this scenario. Nope, also tried rufus and the default installation for media creation tool and still doesn't go to windows installation screen.

Yup 3 usb stick and different usb ports, both 2.0 and 3.0
