Weird black pixels

So this summer i bought my very first game pc,im very happy with it but there's only one problem i sometimes get these weird black pixels when using chrome or playing games i tried to fix it by updating to the latest drivers but that did'nt work so now's my question how do i fix this ???
My speccs are
Cpu: intel pentium G3258
Gpu : amd radeon R9 270x 2gb
8gb of ram
MSI Z97 PC Mate(MS-7850) (SOCKET 0)

May be an overheating issue, install HWMonitor and check temperatures of the video card and CPU during stress.

If heat is OK then it may be a failing video card. Was the system overclocked? If it's overclocked, set things to stock speed and check things.
