[SOLVED] weird blue flickering on pink images

my pc is table solid and rarely crashes, currently runnning windows 8.1 my gpu is a gtx1660

I have noticed a really weird glitch when ever a certain pink is on screen.

when a large enough pink color of exactly FE3AB6 is displayed this area floods with glitchy flickring blue distorted pixels,

adjusting the pink to be slightly darker or lighter these vanish. also they don't show up on a print screen, just kind of wondering if anyone has an idea what is causing it and how to avoid it ? dosn't negativly impact anything other than being really annoying

^ example, on my end this has so much movement it kind of looks like an animated gif of matrix text if the text was tiny blue and scrolling upwards

I thought about that too so I hooked a laptop upto the same screen (on a different port) and didn't have the issue.

solution was to open color mangement and re-run calibration, now working fine
