Weird Blue Vertical on the monitor

So i have this Display problem, i think its Graphical related issue, on my monitor there is a vertical blue lines moving down, ive tried everything update drivers both for monitor and graphic card. here's the weird part when i unplug every cable ( graphic card cable, hdmi cable, and onboard mobo cable ) from my monitor and leave just the power cord itself inserted, i still get the lines. so its the monitor who is making this issue.. here is the picture

Yep. Screen has dead pixels in it.

If the monitor is under warranty, send it in to get fixed. I had the same issue with my old Viiewsonic 22".

P.S. I hope you can get your hands on a spare monitor. My was gone for five weeks.

Yea agreed looks like dead pixels there is no real fix for it. I found this and it may be of assistance but I would keep an eye out for a new monitor.

I dont know about that, i mean i had this monitor for like 5 months or so

I think I had mine for about eight months before it developed a 2mm purple line about three inches from the right edge of the screen. Hardware fails. There's no getting around it. It's really just a game of tech roulette, but the odds are much more in our favor. You and I were just the unlucky ones.
