[SOLVED] Weird boot things.

So recently ive been getting this monitor problem when I boot. My friend said it was a windows corrupted file but when I did the neccessary tests for it, everything came back a-ok. I have no idea what it is so please help. Thanks in advance!

it isnt an image, its a video

Ok I think I fixed it, can you check again please.

if i see it correctly, it appears to be a couple white spots and short white lines appearing for a fraction of a second.
usually things like that are caused by static interference between the GPU & display.

if they appear in the exact same spots each time;
it is more than likely an issue with the BIOS not properly loading it's post screen or just an issue within Windows.

try a fresh OS install and see if it continues.

Yeah I thought of installing a fresh OS too but I have no idea on how to do it. I have my current windows on ssd and Im just confused on whether the data from the previous OS will stay on my ssd or not, and I thought of doing the whole thing on the weekend.
