Hi, first try closing down any background apps that may be running, one at a time to see if you can figure out which one is causing the box.
If that doesn't work, I recommend trying a Clean Boot. A Clean Boot is basically Windows with 3rd party drivers, but not 3rd party software loaded. You disable all 3rd party software and services (being very careful not to disable any Microsoft software/services). If the problem goes away while in a Clean Boot, then it was one of the programs that you disabled that was causing the problem. You then re-enable a few programs/services at a time until you find the culprit. Important: Be sure to check the box to hide Microsoft services. Full instructions for a Clean Boot can be found on Microsoft's site here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
If the problem disappears in Clean Boot, then you know it was one of the programs/services you disabled. If the problem persists, then it's likely a driver or hardware issue. At that point, l would first recommend trying a slightly older version of your video driver.
