Weird BSOD when installing GPU drivers AMD

I get this weird textured Blue screen whenever i try to install my Display driver. It starts installation and when it refreshes it switches to a blue screen. After which the PC remains to be inaccessible. The Pc runs fine on low resolution mode or safe mode. It only behaves this way whenever o try to max out the resolution (full HD in my case).
I have tried my GPU in another PC, it works fine there with no issues what so ever.
Trying to narrow down on the problem.

Phenom X6 1050t Processor 2.8Ghz
8 GB Corsair Value Select ram
Sapphire HD 6850 2Gb Gpu
Corsair VS 650 Psu
Seagate Barracudas HDDs

did you install the drivers from a disc or the ones you downloaded on the site?
Did you uninstall old graphics drivers with DDU?

Was doing a clean install of Windows 10, Downloaded all the latest drivers for the VGA, Catalyst 15.7.1 Stable Release.

Next time to get the blue screen, write down the error code.
