So i've had this laptop for a couple of years. It isn't the best, but it does it's job. It has some weird problems though. One of the problems is when i move it and some kind of video is playing(for example YouTube or a downloaded movie) it crashes and here comes the BSOD. Also it doesnt "like" having a camera turned on. Lets say im in skype/discord or any other app of that kind and i decide to turn on the camera it takes 2 seconds for it to crash. I've learned not to do these things, but recently it has started crashing with no real reasond and i don't know why. The stop codes ive managed to write down are: System service exception; Driver IQRL not less or equal; Kernel security check failure and Kmode exception not handled(happened 10 mins ago). If anyone has any tips on fixing these I would really appreciate it. Ask for any more information if neccesary.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

Open Windows File Explorer

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop

Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows

Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

I've never used the cloud before........ so if i open the OneDrive app from the file explorer, i just drag the zipped folder into it right?

well, it is 5 years old.
But then its not oldest on PC...

Do you use WIFI or Ethernet?
Might be newer WIFI here - https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
Should be newer Ethernet here, 3rd link under the Windows header - https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

now to look at dumps
crash 1 & 3 are the camera drivers. Update or remove them.
Crash 4 was caused by GPU drivers, its possible the intel updater will help there.
not sure about other 2 crashes.
