weird burn marks on a gtx 1080 ti

hi guys!

so recently i dusted out my pc, and upon removing the gpu wich is a gtx 1080 ti strix by asus,
i noticed the io shield/bracket had some weird marks on it.. it kinda looks like burn marks.
Now everything still works perfectly i dindn't notice anything else.
should i be worried ? cause i dont wanna fry my gpu..

i checked the temps too and it pretty much maxes out at about 70 degrees Celcius. when stresstesting / gaming.
