Weird but it works..

Drive 0 : 750gb HDD
Drive 1 : 1tb HDD
Both on sata III. On loading Win 7 x 64, it made the 750 gb drive as the boot, labeled the 1 tb drive as C:. PC runs fine but ...
1. I have lost access to the 750gb drive
2. When I disconnect it from the mb, pc will not start.
Should I worry about this ??

When installing windows, always make sure only one drive is attached to the system so that windows is forced to put the boot loader and OS all on the same drive. Attach any remaining drives after the OS is installed.

This is why when you disconnect the one drive you can no longer boot. The boot loader is on that drive. You can try removing the one drive and do a repair install on the OS drive or reinstall windows with only one drive attached.
