Hello, I Replaced my case a few months ago and sometimes when I use my computer it makes a buzzing noise, I'm not sure why its happening but when I give my PC a knock it stops the noise, does anyone know why its happening? Thanks.

Normally a result of a fan bearing becoming worn, either of the cpu cooler or graphics card if you have one.

Cheap fans use what we call a copper bush, that hold grease inside of them.
But when it dries out the pin of the fan starts to rub against the inner side of the copper bush, friction.

Or a loose or none dampend hard drive, or cd drive.
If it goes away by a tap of the system most likely a worn or old fan.

It sounds like its coming from the back, when I push the PC closer against the wall it starts the nouse and when I put it back it stops, I'll check the cords and it that doesn't help I'll have a look at my rear fan.

I looked at my rear fan and I noticed that a few screws were still loose, I think it was because when I was installing it I had with the screws because of the fan not going straight and all that other stuff, I managed to put it on later. I just tightened the screws and it seems to be doing well. Thanks for the support!
