Question Weird buzzing sound psu.

Weird buzzing sound coming from my psu. I made a video and some pictures here:

Out of nowhere my pc started to make this loud buzzing sound to the point i could feel it resonating. When i checked it came from the psu or maybe the vent inside the psu.

When i turn on the pc when it had been off for a while i dont hear it, but the longer i have it running the more sound it make. Seems like a temperatur thing. I also noticed weird black stuff on a yellow thing on the psu, look to the picture for it.
So what do i do not? Is it broken?

At the very least that is a very low quality power supply based on a platform from the mid 2000's so changing it out would be for the best.

Replace your crappy, old PSU.
