Weird connection problem. Ping failed. can't play any steam and origin games.

Hi, 2 days ago I downloaded origin to play Battlefield V. After the download, I can't play the game due to connection lost to EA. Then I noticed that all of my games in Steam can run but can't find any matches I checked my dota 2 ping and it said PING Failed.

Also 5 days ago, I played pubg with a hacker/cheater and I threaten him that I'll report him and he threatens me that he knows my IP address. (not sure if this is related or that guy messed up my network).

Streaming videos are perfectly fine. tried restart router, speed test are ok.

Help please.

I can run steam games but I can't find games due to failed ping on any region. Also can't play battlefied on origin due to connection lost to EA error message.

I did some research and I think my ports are blocked. I checked it at portchecktool.com
