Hello,

So my PC recently started to make those really weird noises. I noticed that it occurs only when my CPU fan reach 1300 RPM ++. Any suggestions what may be wrong? Any why? ^_^
Couldn't find any answers on my own :(

Should i be worried? :S I am new to this stuff.

Sorry about darkness in provided link, you can hear all allright

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Cooler: Fortis 3

Cheers :)

What is the rest of your system spec including PSU make and model just in case?

Is the clicking definitely from the CPU cooler? (never hurts to check) as it can often be hard to distinguish.
I am also assuming that the CPU cooler is free from any potentially loose cables/wires that it could be hitting?
Finally are you able to feel any issues or hear any clicking if you rotate the fan by hand when it's off?

I forgot to say one thing b4: Sorry for my simple english, it's been a while since i used it :p
So, those are my PC specs:

MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX
Ryzen 5 3600 (4.2@1.25v) + SilentiumPC Fortis 3
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Windforce 3X OC
Plextor M9PeG 1TB PCIe x4 NVMe
Memory: Patriot Viper 4, DDR4, 16 GB, 3200MHz, CL16
PSU: SilentiumPC Supremo L2 Gold 650W
Windows 10

I can't be sure FOR sure if its CPU cooler or something else, tho it seems like cooler's fault. I can be playin' low demanding CPU games like FIFA and everything is silent as it's supposed to be, but when i turn RDR2 for example and my CPU temp is increasing to 65/66+ my CPU Cooler boost to 1300rpm+. And as i said, problem occurs only when CPU Cooler reaches this RPM value.
Btw. My PC is working fine, temperatures are fine, everything is cool, but this sound makes me feel like something is going to happen soon.

I got scared today so i did open my case and used compressed air, just to be safe. Checked fan aswell, tho nothing seemed to be wrong. + Yes, my cables are in order, i am kinda obsessed with "clean tech environment". :D

Did you check if the cooler is properly set on the heatsink? If it's not crooked or something.
