Weird cpu performance. PSU or CPU itself?

It all starts a few months ago when my last GPU broke down (idk the reason), at that moment I wasnt playing much games so I decided not to buy another. Last week I changed my mind and bought a new GPU and MB with the intention to keep my other components, and I've been having a lot of performance issues (weird lags and stuff) so I ran 3Dmark, here are the results:

I'm guessing the problem is the PSU, since the last GPU lasted less than 2 years. Or the cpu itself might damaged, idk...

Specs:
nvidia GTX560 ti (new)
M5A88V-EVO (new)
Phenom II x4 955 (old)
3x2048 RAM Corsair (old)
PSU Seventeam ST-850Z-AF[850W modular] (old)

I hardly think it's a malware, since i just formated the HD. Also all programs were closed when the tests ran.

for a start you are using 3 sticks of ram so you will be using single channel not dual channel for dual channel you need to remove 1 stick and that could be causing a bottle neck in your system
I removed one stick and ran 3dmark again, the results look a bit better but still suck:

It's very dangerous a OC for me, cause the cpu temp goes to 70º (I live in a very hot city) with no OC. I tried to OC it up to 3.4 and 3.5GHz tho. The lag persists.

BTW, the lag is odd too, since there is no actual fps drop.

here you go:

max temp for your cpu is 62 so you might be hitting that if your airflow is poor also your heatsink might need to be re-seated and did you replace the thermal paste when you changed your motherboard and remove all the old thermal paste.

Ran all the tests, including one that took 5 hours. Aproved.

No, windows runs perfectly smooth when im not trying to play...

Recently I looked up on the web for the correct timings for my Memory, and tried forcing them in bios, no luck on that either. So I set everything back to "Auto".

Yes, but I disabled it before running 3dmark
