Weird CPU temperatures

Hey guys, I recently build my first computer, everything is working fine except my CPU temperatures. It's jumping weirdly up and down. When nothing is open it's a round 31-33 but then i e.g open Google Chrome it jumps to 45 in a second, and i tried to run Prime95 to check that everything is fine, and then i started stresstesting the CPU temperature immediately jumps to around 73.

How i understand it, is that usually the temperature of a CPU slowly rises with load, and not immediately jumps to a high temperature, or is it calculating what the temperature will be with the load?

(I'm used MSI Afterburner and Real temp to check the temperature of my CPU. My CPU is i7-4790k and my CPU-cooler is cooler master tx3)

Those temps are quite good and I wouldn't worry about them.
