Weird crashes on drivers

Hi,

My specs:

- MSI x99a GODLIKE mobo (v.180)
- i7 5820k (@stock)
- MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X - @stock - newest drivers
- 32 GB RAM
- Corsair 1200w PSU
- Windows 10

Extra info: I just installed my whole PC in a new case. I upgraded my bios yesterday to the newest version: 1.8, I used 1.2. My H100i GTX cooler had a issue in standard mode, I ran a stresstest and the CPU went to 90degrees! I exit IMMEDIATELY --> put the H100i to "performance" and now the temps are great again.

The problem: I have crashes in different games. ALL game that are crashing: crash on start-up and I get the message (translated from Dutch..) : "the program stopped because of a problem". I already uninstalled all drivers with DDU and installed older ones. With the older drivers, some games that crashes on the newest drivers, DO work again....

So does this say it is a driver issue? Because I am so afraid I fried the CPU ore something :-(

Games performance:

- Mafia 3 : works all the time
- Watch Dogs 2 : works all the time
- Hitman 2016 : works all the time
- Darks Souls 3 : crashes on older drivers / work on newest
- COD Black Ops 3 : works on every driver
- Gears of war 4 : works on every driver
- Forza Horizon3 : works on every driver
- Deus Ex Mankind Divided : crash on newest driver, works on older driver
- Shadow of moeder : crashes on every driver
- Sleeping dogs : crashes on every driver

So almost all 'new' games work, the a bit older ones have problems..

It seems so strange to me why this happens, it didn't do that in the past I believe..

So... Would uninstalling windows 10 work? Did I mess with the CPU and that causes it?

I am very curious if anyone understands this issue..
