Question Weird Crashes (send help)

My PC had this specific crash for some time now. i dont know how to fix it, it started ever since my psu short circuited (i didnt have an avr at the time) even if the pc is on idle it stoll revieves this kind of crash and i domt know how to fix it. if you know how to fox this could u please send help, it would be appreciated )

Please list your full system specs, ie, cpu, gpu, motherboard etc.

cpu - i5 3470
ram - 2 sticks 4gb ddr3
gpu - broken so i didnt bother plugging it in
psu - silverstone 500w
