Hello.

Yesterday, I did a clean install via USB, and after installing drivers, I came across this device in Bluetooth & Devices. I unplugged every usb, but it was still there. I removed the device, but when I restarted my PC, it came back. What is this device? Is it a virus? Is it a Windows thing?

Motherboard: Biostar B650MP-E Pro

Your motherboard comes bundled with wireless antenna's, do you have a wireless module connected to the motherboard, internally in the adapter? As the 8812BU is this. Did you install the OS in offline mode or did you let the OS download and install all drivers it thought was right for your platform?

and after installing drivers
Out of curiosity, what drivers did you install?

Might want to include all your USB driven peripherals. What does Device Manager show you?
