Question Weird display issue

Hello, I just woke up today boot up my pc and this is what I see

all my display is like that, i tried using 1 ram stick but nothing changed, removed and placed back GPU, use hdmi cable instead of display port and reinstalling GPU drivers with ddu but nothing changed. Is my GPU broken?
