Weird display problem when using 2/4xMsaa on Watch Dogs?

Hey, so I've bought myself a new graphics card recently (Radeon Sapphire r9 290 Tri-X) and I've tried testing it out on some games, I tried watch dogs and for some reason when I set the Anti-Aliasing to 2xMSAA or 4xMSAA it starts to show some weird faint dots/pixels faded into the background? 4xMSAA being way worse and obvious. The FPS is perfectly fine weirdly enough and the game runs fine pretty much maxed out, I'm just curious as to if this is a GPU problem or if it's something else that I'm not aware of. Apparently some people have gotten some faulty GPU's and I was wondering if mine is one of them.

Attached images below of what the display looks like on 4XMSAA and other types.

Yeah, just tried Temporal SMAA, works fine too, there's no artifacts or grains on the screen, pretty much only when I set it to 2xMSAA or 4xMSAA, just wanted to make sure whether it was a GPU problem or a problem on behalf of the game D:
