weird error with my computer

I had some weird computer problem
it need to hold reset button for booting, but release it after bios page and then computer start up. and sometimes it restart then show blank screen.

when my computer running the Power LED is off but HDD LED on

sounds like your motherboard is dirty, and you're getting a short somewhere... or it's dying and you're getting a short somewhere.

my first suggestion would be to disassemble the system, and clean the motherboard (front and back) using 90% rubbing alcohol and a box of q-tips. let it dry and put everything back together. taking this chance to clean the dust out of your case and heatsinks...

I bought it one month ago and I'm sure it still clean , right now I'm using it 😀 still waiting when it will restart, is like an unpredictable error. but when it restart I need to hold reset button again, to make my system running and without "Power LED"

still sounds like a short/grounding issue. might be your psu is crappy... might be your mb is grounding out on your case... or the mb might be bad.

not sure.
