Weird Fan Connector

I'm trying to change the PSU in my PC but I can't seem to get 1 fan unplugged from the Power Supply at all. Here are some photos: https://imgur.com/a/z0Z8W

It should not be any problem, as molex plugs don't have any locking mechanism, UNLESS the connector got melted inside due to heat - but that would be extraordinary situation, as normally amount of current used by fan is certainly not enough to generate such heat. So most likely its just stuck, and you simply have to use more force to disconnect it.
