Question weird fan noise and black screen what could it be?

Hey guys how is it going? So I was playing Metal gear solid Phantom pain, and suddenly my screen went dark and the fan made a loud noise it was really scary, i pressed the reset buttom and everything went back to normal.
I am really worried something is damage or is at risk, what do you guys think it happened?
this is the first time it happened.

I am running a ryzen 5 2600x
gtx 1060 6gb ftw,
500 watts supply.
Solid disc of 250 gb
and 2 hard drives of 1 tb each.

try difrent games if the problem shows up again you will have a problem with the windows or some tehnical problem
if it dosnt hapen than the game is the problem
