Question Weird Fan Ticking Noise

So I bought this rx 580 used from someone, and I opened it up to reapply thermal paste and clean it. As I was testing the system out by gaming, after 2 hours it started making this noise: https://streamable.com/1iwd3p and I am sure its not touching anything. When I would press the middle of the fan a little down with a screw driver it would run like normal, and sometimes it just stops and goes while making the ticking sound. I'm not sure if there is a fix for this but any help would be appreciated thank you.

Kinda feels like the GPU fan has something in it because its going slowly speed and other one is going fast and would double check again because buying used gpu can risky

I checked many times, I'm sure there isn't anything in the gpu or fan.
