Question Weird file extensions and file names

I plugged in my flash drive, that i wasn't using for months, and I found there weird files with weird file extensions and weird folder names. Some of the files are big over 1GB and some 0kB and none of them I can delete. It says the file is not there already vertify the file location.
I'll try to format it but I'm curios what they are.
