Weird Flickering Dell XPS 13

Laptop [screen] sometimes flickers more so when charger is connected.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling display drivers
Tried factory reset
Nothing helping
Weird thing is runs fine in Safe Mode

Please help me out

sounds like an early sign of some hardware failure inside your laptop. below are teh usual causes/troubleshooting tips.................

that laptop may need to be looked at for any internal damage if the graphic driver does not fix the issue.

Seems disabling panel refresh in Intel Iris Graphics control has solved the problem for now
