Question Weird flickering out of nowhere, haven't changed GPU or monitor or cables ?

As you can see in the video, the flicker happens in a very specific area of the monitor, only happens with a few programs, like paint.net, sometimes watching youtube, gaming while on loading screen but rarely when playing.

I did change the CPU recently but I don't think that's the cause. I will try getting a different cable to try out.
I'm using a DisplayPort cable connected to an RTX 3060.

Monitor is AOC Warrior 144hz.

Have you got the latest drivers? Update bios?

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
TUF Gaming B550M
Kingston Fury Beast, RGB, 16GB, 3200MHz
RTX 3060 Gigabyte

BIOS should be up to date, need to check, video drivers I just updated, Windows 10 also just updated.
Gonna check BIOS version and come back.
EDIT: bios v 2806

Also, I'm using a cooler from the ryzen 5 5600, since I didn't buy a good one yet, so temperatures are reaching some higher numbers, but shouldn't affect this, since it happens as soon as I turn on my PC.

BTW besides the flicker, nothing else is happening, ima try to buy a cable today to rule that out.

Yes, try that with cable.

Good idea to update the bios to a newer version, which may bring bug fixes.
