[SOLVED] Weird Flickering Problem

Hey, so I'm having this weird flickering problem with my pc. This all started when I tried to do a clean install of windows onto my pc. Installation went fine. So when I was using my pc, I noticed when it's running, doing its thing, it flickers for like a second (black screen) then instantly goes back to normal. Sometimes, it also flashes like a horizontal green and white lines and disappears immediately after a second. This didn't happen at all on my old windows install so I did some troubleshooting, here's what I tried so far.

• Executing sfc /scannow on admin cmd and no problems were detected.
• Suspected that ram is the culprit, so I ran a full scan of memtest86 on them and found 0 errors and successfully passed the test.
• Suspected the graphics card which is an RX570, so I did 3 stress tests on unigine heaven benchmark and it passed flawlessly with no thermal issues, no crashing, and no artifacts. (basically the gpu is perfectly fine)
• Suspected it might be the amd gpu drivers, so I did a full wipe of the current drivers using DDU then reinstalling them.
• Suspected that maybe it's the gpu port, so I switched from the hdmi1 port to hdmi2 port
• 
  
• Only thing I haven't tried is changing the hdmi cable and reinstalling windows.

So I did all of these things and the problem still persists but it doesn't occur on selected games like dark souls, apex legends, etc. Really weird problem, hope yall can help me out!
