Weird flickering shadows?

I have these weird flickering shadows around every object in every game on my PC.

By any chance are you using nvidia?

It's hard to tell cuz your graphics are all turned down, but I have a feeling it could be the ambient occlusion. Try open the nvidia control panel, go into manage 3d settings, and just make sure ambient occlusion isn't turned on

I agree with this and if that doesnt work, consider going to the configuration settings file of your game and setting ambient occlusion to 0
