Weird Folders Appearing in my Music Directory

Ok, so I have a 512gb SSD, and a 1tb WD Green in my PC Build. I have put my large amount of 58gbs of music on my Hard Drive, as I want my SSD to stay as light and speedy as possible. Recently, these very strange folders have been appearing in my D:/Music folder. I delete them as they annoy the living hell out of me. Every time I go back into my music folder the next day, they are back again. There are 100s of them, filled with random files with odd names. I also noticed a few of my albums had duplicate songs, but not all of them. I will attach a few pictures and links of my Music folder so you can see what is going on. I would ideally not have to move my music onto my SSD. Thanks!

Did you just create the folder - or did you move the library from C: (assuming this was the SSD) to the D: (assuming this was the HDD)?

I waited to put my music on my computer until I received the HHD. So I created the folder D:/Music, and made that the default directory for my Music Documents bookmark.

Could there be some program like iTunes that is doing that (many other programs that can - not trying to pick on iTunes).

I have thought of iTunes, being the annoying program it is, could be the culprit, however this was happening prior to me having iTunes on this computer,
