Weird "FORWARD, BACK, RELOAD" window keeps appearing. (video)

This window started randomly appearing, it goes away in about 30 mins, but I cannot click through it. It annoys the hell out of me when it happens. It seems to be on top of everything except Windows Action Centre, on top of games, browser etc... I have no idea what could be causing it.

Update: I've noticed it starts every day at 18:00. Checked the schedule but didn't find anything that would start tasks at that time.

No, I used the click to demonstrate where the window is appearing. I want to know what is causing that weird window.

are you running origin? if so, it could be a window tied into the launcher as others have had similar problems.

I am, it sounds very similar. I need to try closing Origin next time this happens, thanks for linking this. It might be the answer.
