Question Weird FPS drop in a couple parts of Heaven Benchmark?

So, I pretty much ran the entire benchmark at 200+FPS. But there was a couple seemingly random points that I got weird studders and had a really low FPS. Any idea what would cause that?

Specs:

Ryzen 7 2700X
MSI 2080Ti Gaming X Trio
32GB G Skill DDR4-3000
MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC mobo
SeaSonic 750 Gold Plus PSU

Any help would be appreciated!!

Edit: I have done zero overclocking to anything if it might matter.

How does the GPU perform in GAMES ? Is VSYNC enabled, or disabled ? What Anti-aliasing value have you applied ?

Does fine in games and other benchmarks. Never experienced random FPS drops like that in anything other than this one particular benchmark.
