My Laptop model is G3 3590(i5-9300h,GTX 1650,60hz).
In every game I play ,between 60 to 120 fps the game feels soo bad and choppy it feels like running on a 48hz monitor with increased input lag and its not screen tearing which is always present in any fps , I have tried many fixes but nothing seems to resolve this.it would be helpful if anyone can identify what's causing this

Hey there,

What power plan are you using? Try high performance. You can this by typing these into windows power shell:

Ultimate Performance: powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61
High Performance: powercfg -duplicatescheme 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c
Balanced: powercfg -duplicatescheme 381b4222-f694-41f0-9685-ff5bb260df2e
Power saver: powercfg -duplicatescheme a1841308-3541-4fab-bc81-f71556f20b4a

See if it helps!

PS: Don't use Ultimate on your laptop. Your drives and all hardware will always be active, and never go to power saving.

What’s the RAM? Hopefully dual channel (2x4gb or 2x8gb) or something else? Single channel RAM can cause stuttering in some games.

Have you tried an FPS limiter? I would try setting one a few frames lower than the Hz, so 57 or 58.
Well sorry i am not sure whether my laptop has 2x4gb or 1x8gb but even in the worst case if we consider 1x8gb is it not good enough to play a single game old fps game in lowest setting possible? Because its not some games this happens its all games i play which is mostly fps games even on a 100mb krunker browser game this happens ,tbh i cant put it in stuttering category it appears more like its running on low refresh rate between these 60 to around 120fps ,it does not feels like 60 hz...
yes, I have tried fps limiter and or vsync too and it will appear smooth if i used that but it gives so much input lag which is not desirable for me to play fps games so i only prefer uncapped fps

thanks for your reply
and i will find what ram channel is being used
