almost every time I start a game on fullscreen mode my screen only shows about 20 fps for me, even though the fps counter says like 100 fps or more, and these are the game's I know I can run well and I've been playing for a while now. I can immediately tell at the intro screens if it will be locked because even the mouse is at a low fps. I don't have any programs running for gaming either.
