Question Weird frame drops in many games ?

In games like Cyberpunk 2077, Kerbal Space Program and Elden Ring and others I have this weird frame drop where the frames go all the way down to 15, it gets fixed if I Alt+Tab to another window and then Alt+Tab back to the game, but it happens quite often and it is pretty annoying.
Can anyone help me?

You might want to see if using DDU to remove all your GPU drivers, then manually reinstalling the latest GPU drivers source from AMD's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator helps you out.
