Question Weird GPU electrical noise (it's not the fans) ?

Hi there :)

For a while now there's been coming a weird noise from my case everytime I play a more graphic heavy game (for example PUBG, Enshrouded, Ghost Recon: Wildlands), at first I thought it was just the fans, but when I cleaned all the fans and booted up one of those games again the noise was still there. Playing around with the fan speed while the noise was there also didn't change the noise or it's pitch at all. However moving the main two cables around that go to the GPU does change the pitch (see Video attached). Tried switching the cables but that didn't do anything with the noise.
It sort of sounds like something is scratching on something that's spinning (kind of like an old HDD that has a problem). Not the most tech savvy person, so idk if there's even anything else spinning on the GPU other than the fans.
Here's the video:

Anyone got any ideas what it could be? Thanks :)

Specs:
Case: be quiet! Pure Base 500DX Midi Tower
GPU: 8GB Gainward GeForce RTX 2070 Super Phantom
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6x 3.60Hz
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 Aorus M AMD

Should probably add that I'm pretty sure everything is working fine. I'm getting decent FPS in all the games with high graphic settings. It's just the noise that's making me worry.
Hey there,

That sounds like coil whine. It is caused by passing current which it may seem louder under load. Comes from capacitors. It's not dangerous, but as you highlighted, annoying. Can be on the GPU, but also the mobo.
