Question Weird gpu(?) Issue

So a few days ago I cleaned up my pc with compressed air. It all went fine but when I tried to boot it it just didnt - it showed "no signal" and when its off it says no cable connected. It boots some times but very rarely. I have tried with different hdmi cables and monitors but it nothing changed. Could this be the sign of a dying gpu? (Powercolor rx460 4gb)
