I have written about this issue to the support but they can't say anything useful it seems , so maybe someone else can here.
My problem is represented in this two videos i cant really write down what is happening.
I made them with phone cause when i use programs the problem isn't showing ,which is weird

It happens randomly, it isn't consistent as you can see on the second video when i'm in game there is no problem still on the loading screen the character screen is flashing trough. Its really weird.
It happened first after I reinstalled my windows to a newly bought ssd and then reinstalling wow. No other changes happened i have my drivers up to date and before this the game worked fine on the same set up with the same settings. Before someone says my VGA crashed, other games run just fine with no such problems.
Here is what i already tried: Reinstall WoW,tried to use older version of drivers,i tried lowering in game settings, tried dx9 and dx11 tried to match my monitor and WoW refresh rate(yeah and ofc i use my dedicated VGA in wow since its a laptop)
I have an asus nj550k laptop with
Nvidia geforce 850M
8Gb ram
Intel i5-4200H
Anyone had this problem? Or any ideas how to solve this?
