Weird graphical bugs, I think it's graphics card what causes them, but it could also be the motherboard. I had my graphics card tested with my friends computer and it didn't give any graphical bugs but they happen randomly and I have latest graphics card drivers

It's probably not your motherboard. If the bugs only show up in a single program, then they are probably a software issue. It could be a corrupt driver, a corrupt game installation, or just a but that happens to hit your exact settings.
If it shows up in multiple games, it could be a driver problem or a windows problem. It could also be a GPU hardware issue-especially if your GPU is overheating.

Bugs are coming in multiple programs. I did around 30min furmark stability test and it showed in around 20min+ around 90 degrees and I'm running Windows 10.

there is also weird glitches while I'm not gaming like screen flashes (or something like that and they are so quick that I can't really take a screenshot to show.) and they happen also randomly. There was also like 3 months ago glitches in windows, but they were at top of the screen and they were like pink but those are now gone.
