weird graphical glitch at random specs and pic included

I have random Graphical Glitches on my Gaming PC

My Specs are:
AMD FX-6100 OCed to 3.8GHz
XFX AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB OCed to 975MHz and RAM OCed to 1275MHz
16GB 1600MHz SD RAM
650W PSU
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 (rev. 3.0) Motherboard with Bios ver: FC
2x 1TB HDDs
Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit
this only happens at random idk why but i have to reboot to fix it until it comes back
Please help

Looks a lot like an unstable overclock. Try running the video card at its stock clocks.
