Weird graphical glitch

]Whenever I boot up my pc it works for a little bit than freezes up and gets weird horizontal lines flickering on it, I took a video of it

Usually that is GPU's fault, if you can try using onboard graphics (plug the monitor into motherboard , back where you plug mouse).
