Weird graphics card problem.

Hi, I recently built a computer with these specs:
Core i5 4590
ASRock Z97 ATX Board
Asus Nvidia GTX 690
4X4GB G SKILL Memory
Deepcool Tesseract Case
Cooler Master Silent Pro M 850W Fully Modular
500GB HDD

I plugged the PC fine and made sure every connection is secure. I turn it on, I get a signal but nothing is displayed. Just blackness the fans are spinning. I try a different PCI-E slot. Still the same thing. I get 5 beeps as the beep code occasionally, not all the time though.

I replaced the GTX 690 with a Nvidia 8400GS. That works fine and an image is displayed. I switch back to the GTX 690, still the same error. I replace the 690 with a GTX 570, same error still. I definitely know these cards work because i have used them before perfectly fine. I have reseated the memory, still the same error, I switched modular cables and slots for the PCI-E Power.
I am yet to find a solution.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
-Nic
